The present management of OOL is vested with the Board of Directors comprising four Directors.

Sh. Paramjeet Singh is the Managing Director & CEO, Sh. Manjeet Singh, Promoter Director  and other two Directors are independent Directors. The composition of the Board is adequately compliant of the Clause 49 (IA) of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges.
